Paddling Tips

This is the time to practice good form while forward paddling – use that whole body from your toes to your shoulders! Shoulders rotate from ten o’clock to two o’clock…Are you rotating that torso or do you think you are rotating your torso? Maybe you are “doing the bicycle” with those arms. Have a friend check you out!

Tooting One’s Own Horn –

From our whitewater weekend – “I wanted to say the class was a blast and I hope all the same people
can get another class set up for the next step”
